The Need

An organization wished to build a series of trainings that could be delivered by team leaders to improve efficiency.

Our solution

1. Needs Analysis

We interviewed several leaders to understand what kind of training was truly needed at the organization what they wished their people could do, or should know more about.

2. Research-based training kits creation

We built a series of trainings to meet the specific learning needs identified. We did online research and interviewed SMEs to gather the best content that could meet learners’ current growth needs. Each kit was carefully designed to be short, meaningful, and highly engaging. It was also very custom and specific to the client company.

3. Research-based training kits creation

We finally built a portal that could host the kits and collect feedback. We also made the kits dynamic so that any changes could reflect for everyone live.

The impact

Since we just created the training kits and handed them over, information on the impact of these kits was beyond our reach. However, for each of the kits, we received extremely positive feedback from all stakeholders who had contracted us. Creativity, efficiency, and rigor was at the heart of each creation.
