The Need
A consulting company reached out to us with the following challenges with their team:
1. Resistance to sharing feedback
2. The culture around feedback needed some change overall
Needs Analysis
We started by doing a needs analysis to assess exactly what employees felt around feedback and to curate real-situation-based scenarios for the training.
Training Design
We then crafted a 20-minute interactive e-learning and designed live workshops to address the challenges.
