Multi-Part Training Series

The Need

PSEG wished to build a series of trainings that could be delivered by team leaders to their teams during breaks or when being on the field wasn't possible. The trainings had to be relevant and were required to have a direct impact on efficiency.

Our solution

1. Needs Analysis

We started by interviewing several leaders to understand what training was truly needed at the organization and in specific teams, and what they wished their people could do better, or should know more about.

2. Interviews and Content Research

Once the needs were listed, we prioritized based on frequency of asks, and built a series of trainings to meet the specific learning need identified. The kits were built based on online research of established publications like HBR, Forbes, and more—as well as first-hand interviews with SMEs. We worked in all directions to gather the best content that could meet learners’ current growth needs. Each kit was carefully designed to be short, meaningful, and highly engaging. It was also very custom and specific to the company.

3. Hosted Page to Quickly Download Assets

We finally built a portal that could host the kits and collect feedback, all in one place. It was simple and straightforward and used the organization's existing tech suite. We also made the kits dynamic so that any changes would reflect for everyone live.

The impact

Information on the usage and impact of these kits was beyond our reach. However, for each of the kits, we received extremely positive feedback from all stakeholders we worked with. Creativity, efficiency, and rigor was at the heart of each creation, and it was strongly appreciated!
