Needs Analysis

The EdCrafter team started by doing a needs analysis to assess exactly what challenges employees were facing around feedback. The analysis helped us uncover deeper patterns around team culture, manager perception, and manager challenges, which drastically changed the direction and approach to the training we designed. Training Strategy Design

EdCrafter's strategy included two learning interventions to achieve the learning objectives. We crafted an extremely focused, 20-minute interactive e-learning and 2 live workshops to address the challenges our analysis identified.

We worked through the following phases with the DT team:
